Aroha String Trio to perform ‘Serenade’ in 2022 and 2023

20 May 2022 - Our new programme for the second half of 2022 is for string trio. We’ve called it ‘Serenade’ after the two main works: Serenades by Dohnányi and Beethoven. They’re complemented by short trios from Franz Schubert, Jean Françaix and Kiwi composer Salina Fisher. We’re very much looking forward to sharing this wonderful music with the audience in Christchurch in August and Lower Hutt in September, followed by other centres around the country in 2023.

In the second half of 2023 we’re really looking forward to being reunited with our second violinist Konstanze Artmann.
