2011 ends on a high note! On Sunday 20 November we head off to Mudgee, New South Wales to prepare for performances in the prestigious Huntington Estate Winery Music Festival (http://www.huntingtonestate.com.au). The festival programme is created by Musica Viva Australia and is held in the beautiful Huntington Estate Vineyard. In addition to the music there is gourmet food and great wines.

Aroha will perform Borodin's Second String Quartet (the one with the glorious Nocturne), Beethoven's Opus 18. No.1 and Tan Dun's Eight Colours for String Quartet, and the rousing 'Song of Emancipation' Fan Shou Dao Qing. We will also perform the Bax Harp Quintet with Alice Giles and Dvorak's Nocturne for String Quartet and Double Bass, with Andrew Meisel.
