6 November 2017 - From 29 January to 3 February next year we're running our first ASQ International Music Academy in Asia. The 2018 event will take place in Zhongshan, China. The format will be similar to our annual Academy in Wellington, though the participants will all be school-aged children. We'll give a concert for participants on the evening before the Academy begins. The week of string ensemble rehearsals, sectionals and chamber music will culminate in a participants' concert, followed by a concert by the Zhongshan Chamber Orchestra.
